Entry was a disaster. VRBO could provide the unit number or door code the host did not provide in the check in instructions. The TV remote didn’t work (needed batteries). The heat didn’t work (needed a fuse). Dryer didn’t dry (needed a new dryer). Normal cycle on the dishwasher didn’t work (never fixed).

Was generally clean overall. Outside patio had silly string still on patio light and walls that looked like it was dried and hard to remove but interior was good.Air conditioning was not working well. Was set to 72 but never got below 76 even when it was only around 75 outside. Owner was notified and said the AC guy would be called so hopefully wouldn’t be an issue in the future. Everything was stocked / provided adequately except there were no pool towels provided which appeared to be out of the normal as everyone else at the pool had the same type as each other. We brought our own anyway in case so didn’t affect us. Checkout was at 11 and the cleaners came at 10 am without knocking. I let them know we’d be out in an hour and they left.Overall was happy with the rooms and cleanliness. Pool areas and pool bars were nice
