Amazing location and views! Back porch faces the Parker River and the marina. Coffee watching the boats go out and drinks watching the boats come back, what could be better! The house was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It looks brand new inside! Owners were quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Thank you so much!! We are so glad you enjoyed the house and look forward to hosting your family again in the future!
What a delightful property. We rented it for out-of-state family coming for a reunion. The screened porch on the back overlooking the river is fabulous, access to kayaks (plus life jackets) a nice surprise and the house is appointed with every appliance and supplies to get started plus everything is new and shiny - just beautiful. Janelle was nearly instantly responsive to any question and gave us great info about tides and the river for navigating it. My family had a great time and said to give them a 6 on the 5 point scale. If we need this type of accommodation again we will definitely come back.

We grew up locally and have a love for the ocean and boating. We love to be outdoors with our family. We love hosting because we are able to help other families enjoy areas that we love so much!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet, and we love the waterfront. It gives us a place to escape the busy of the world with our kids and pup.
What makes this property unique
There are not many opportunities to have a waterfront rental that you can keep a boat at.
