The private balcony offers a chill space to watch the action, surfers, beach goers, sunsets and enjoy your favorite drink. On site, there is access to the beach, tennis, fishing pier and a swimming pool. The condo is a short drive to quaint downtown Fernandina with lots of shops and restaurants!
