This charming 400-year-old villa, once the rectory next to a baroque church, is the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful, spacious getaway. Situated on a hill, the villa is ideal for family gatherings, smaller weddings, parties, or simply relaxing together. There are 14 sleeping places in the bedrooms, all heated with wood stoves and electrical heating. Additional sleeping space is available on a tiled stove, and in the summer, the attic provides two extra rooms with six additional beds. Due to heritage protection, only two bathrooms were allowed, ensuring the villa's historical charm remains intact.
