Lakin’ It Easy is located on the stunning Lake Jackson in Florala, AL. This beautiful, newly built single-story home is situated in a gated community, combining both privacy and convenience. With its own private dock and direct lake access right out the back door, you’ll enjoy peaceful lake views from a spacious rear porch, making this an ideal retreat for relaxation and recreation

3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open floor plan, spacious rear porch with beautiful views of the lake.

The Living room provides a large picture window that offers unbelievable views.

You can fish year round from the private dock offered with the property. There is a boat launch ramp located within a quarter of a mile on both sides of the house. You may park your boat trailer in the driveway and secure your boat to the dock during your stay. As water borders the property, swim, fish, kayak, and boat at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times. Be mindful of boat traffic.

Property is located approximately one hour from several main beach attractions in Florida such as Destin and Santa Rosa and is within 45 miles from the Destin/Fort Walton airport.

Entire home is included, no guest access to garage and one linen closet. These areas are for the owner storage.

This property was just as described plus some! Brand new house in a new area right on Lake Jackson. We were there for the boat races and could not have picked a better location. Everything was great!! Will plan to stay here again for the next race!! Cute little town too!

Had an absolutely amazing time with my family. The house was so nice. Comfy beds. Glorious sunrises every morning. We spent most of our time outside at the dock, jumping off, swimming, fishing, and kayaking.
