Pet Friendly- One pet is included with a reservation. A 2nd pet can be added upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can add the additional pet to the reservation and adjust the pricing accordingly.

🛎 Extended Stay Discounts Available! Terrys Vacation Rentals offers extended stay discounts on reservations that are 28 nights or more in November, December and January in all of our properties. In some units we offer extended stay discounts in February as well. If you are booking 28 nights or more contact us for a quote, we are always happy to help!

Your reservation includes 1 parking pass, 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request, just let me know before arrival so we can add it to your reservation and the cleaner can have it ready for you.

To get you started, we provide a starter set of essentials, including:

Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)

Paper towels (1 roll)

Hand soap (1 bar per bathroom)

Dishwasher tablet (1)

Trash bags (1 per can)

Laundry detergent tablet (1)

These essentials are designed to cover your initial needs until you can stock up.

Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.

2. Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $500, on 3 days prior to the check in date. We are an API integrated owner so we collect our security deposit hold through our booking software, not through the Airbnb or VRBO site. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.

3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.

4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!
