PET FRIENDLY – Caribbean 204 is a beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bath corner-unit condo offering stunning Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor. Conveniently located just 1.4 miles west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores.



One dog 30 lbs or less is permitted. If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us in advance. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your stay. Any additional cleaning, if required, will be billed to the card on file.



• Access to the balcony is from the living room.



• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats four, and a bench at the breakfast bar accommodates two more.



• A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.



• The living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



Pool Information:



• The outdoor pool is heated to 83° from March 1– November 30 and will not be heated December 1–February.



• The indoor pool heater remains on year-round.

– March–November: heated to 83°

– December–February: heated to 93°



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry.



• A maximum of two cars is allowed.



• No RVs or trailers.



Designated smoking areas are located on the ground level. NO SMOKING ON THE BALCONY.

Having a pet friendly beach view room was great. For some reason they decided to have the living room rug cleaned the day we were checking in. They didn’t inform us of this so when we arrived, found out by stepping on a soaking wet rug that took nearly our whole stay to dry. There was also construction going on that we were informed about. Both of these items really put a damper on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. We didn’t feel the price paid was worth it.

The condo itself was fine but our first day experience was the worse. We wasted our entire first day trying to reach someone to help come clean the condo. The cleaning crew didn’t show up and it wasn’t ready for checkin. They finally secured a cleaning crew at 9:15PM.

We loved the Caribbean 204 condo. It was clean, fully stocked, and perfect location right on the beach. Additionally, it was perfect for traveling with a small dog. There is a potty area and waste bags provided. The pool area was clean and had new furniture.

The condo is in a great location, it was perfect for us. We had a problem with the sliding glass door, I called and it was fixed within a couple hours. Very good response! Our only issue was the furniture, the sofa was very soft and cushions were flat, it really should be replaced.

Host was great at taking care of a few little things that we needed assistance for. Location is perfect for pool and beach access. Only thing we truly did not like was the living room furniture is very uncomfortable and low to the ground. I guess if you are under 5ft tall it’s perfect but it’s still very uncomfortable. Other than that we liked the condo .
