About a 20 minute walk to SGU. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting a student or the campus. Offers a shared washer and dryer, but the washer cycle does take quite a bit. Has all the essentials needed in the kitchen. The TV does turn on but does not have features to use. I suggest bringing a laptop that has an HDMI port if you want to use the TV.

This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment was very clean. The A/C is only in the bedroom so the rest of the apartment stays pretty warm. There is an outdoor dog/guard dog on the property. He barked at us a few times but wasn’t aggressive. It was a 20 minute walk to St George’s University which was very convenient. Shannon was easy to communicate with!

It was perfect for me and my boyfriend to stay for the week. It looked exactly like the pictures and was clean. It was close to the bus routes for SGU and walkable if you wanted to do a 20 min walk. Shannon was quick and easy to communicate and helped us when we lost wifi after a storm. I would definitely stay here again!
