The house is a lovely build with tall ceilings and outstanding views. But the best part - the hosts are absolutely lovely; they are very accommodating, helpful and welcoming. They even gave us fruits from the garden and cooked us Grenada’s national dish (oil down - which was so tasty)! They were full of wisdom and they definitely added to our experience.

Great No Frills Rental

I rented the property for two months while my sailboat was out of the water for repairs and maintenance. It was by far the least expensive option in the southern half of the island. I felt it was a steal at the price, however, if you are looking for luxury, you will be disappointed. The landlords are wonderful, friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints. I will note the property is not handicap accessible and requires a vehicle as the property is isolated and located on a steep hill. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Not so new

Definitely not bad but not ideal for rental on my opinion especially for the price. The owners were very sweet and hospitable aa they could be. The main issue for anyone would be the hill to get to the house is unbearable. The dogs are very intimidating especially at night as the hill and steps have no lights until you’ve reached a certain point The apartment is not standard compared to the newer models of guest apartment/homes available which makes it look worse than it actually is. Over all not the right place for me but again the owners are more than welcoming .

Amazing hosts! Very spacious!

Lester and Hermia are amazing hosts. They picked me up from the airport and took me to town to grab a few things before heading to the house. The rooms are well lit and spacious and the overall home is quite large and spacious. Major plus is that one of the rooms is equipped with AC. The location does say “hills have eyes” so it is definitely on a hill, but the walk is simple and enjoyable if you’re ready for a slight workout. The location is also not too far from town and it was easy to get to several carnival events.

Thanks Safiya, You all were wonderful guests. We are happy to know that we were able to please you and that you enjoyed your stay with us for the Carnival. Don't mind the hill, it's healthy and cost-less exercise. Anything we can do to improve or enhance the property or services we will like to hear and will be more than happy to consider. We welcome you back anytime.
