Enjoy a peaceful stay at this BRAND NEW 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. This property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed, 1 en suite bathroom/shower and 1 guest bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The unit is on the second floor, has elevator access, and guests can enjoy their own private lanai porch overlooking the golf course.

The condo also includes a washer and dryer inside the unit as well as a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, oven, toaster, air fryer & Kuerig.

Amenities include an 18 hole golf course, which comes with a transferable golf membership for an additional cost, Olympic/resort style pool, hot tub, fitness center, spa, WiFi, AC - everything you need for a pleasant stay!

Please note that this listing is available for long-term rentals only, with a minimum stay of 28 days.

$150 transfer fee for amenities.

This condo was beautiful and like new with amazing views of the golf course and pond. We enjoyed the community clubhouse, pool, gym and restaurant during our stay. John was super host of Immaculate & spacious condo overlooking canal & golf fairway. Lots of amenities. Covered parking space 15 feet from steps to 2nd floor. This was the perfect six night getaway.
