Why they chose this property
The proximity to Downtown Naples is amazing. Nearby is Tin City with a couple of fun casual restaurants, gift shopping, and boat tours. Across 41 is Bayfront with a great sports bar, Tavern on the Bay, the best breakfast in Naples at EJ's Café and have some drinks with the locals at the Cabana over the water. Just three blocks away is downtown Naples and all its fabulous restaurants and shopping. Continue on down Fifth Avenue to where it ends at the beautiful Naples Beach.
