This was a great location and well represented, right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the pool. All the things we needed for a 5 person girls trip. The only thing I would recommend is a replacement mattress for the pull out couch. Otherwise, great property and value. We were able to check in early as well.

The unit was great, we loved the view. The pool area is wonderful and having access to the beach was perfect.Parking is a night mare, and there were construction crews on the property the entire time we were there with their vehicles also. If you went out in the evening there was no parking when you come back.

It was a needed trip for mom, dad and two teenage girls. I haven’t been to Florida in years! It was impromptu and so happy w the place and St. Pete’s absolutely beautiful!!! We miss it already! We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 night stay to try out condo experience. Great location, nice view from balcony. Clean condo, mgmt responsive, helpful, answered questions, showed us other condos for possible future stays. Suggestion: confusing departure procedures. Email received states "Set thermostat to 78 and turn ON all fans." When we clarified this with mgmt they told us do NOT turn on all fans. Removing this wording would be helpful since it is exact opposite of what we were told and is posted in condo.

Would like to have had a king bed but we knew that going in. Mattresses not greatly comfortable but overalll ok. No where for a guest to park while there and no other alternatives. And finally, den furniture needs to be updated as it was not comfortable for family to watch TV. But again, it worked fine for our needs overall. Great communication with staff and realty co.

Great location on beach. However, unit itself was disappointing. Kitchen pans scratched up to a point of non use. Mish mash of OLD kitchen utensils, no spatula to use with scratched up pansSmall spattering of mismatched plastic /glasswear. Broken blender- seal leaks. DIRTY fan; Moldy sink under master bathroom taps -yuck It’s a beach, condo - no beach towels.Facial Tissue- no name brand akin to sand paper. Hand soap wafers - cracked in a hundred pieces ; only two thin wafers for 4 adults on a 4 day stay. Missing blind slats . Anyone or two of these would be acceptable.However, invest a little and have some pride in your unit. Would not recommend this VRBO.
