There is a large luxury bathroom upstairs (6 head shower, tub, double sink). The 1st floor has a large kitchen, dining room attached, living room with fireplace, luxury office and 1/2 bath. The basement is a large rectangle. One part of the basement has two bunk beds and theater style seating with 3 chairs and a couch (all recline). The basement also has two washers and two dryers and a full bath. The back yard is a SHARED back yard that includes some seating and a gas grill (the yard and grill are shared).
