The house is very clean and comfortable. It’s located in a beautiful tree lined neighborhood with convenient restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.
This property is a spacious and well-appointed home. I travelled with my family (wife, kids, grandkids) and we all loved the accommodations. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to many of the attractions of WNY. The icing on the cake was the pool, deck, and outside areas. During a hot summer week, it was a smashing success and a great place to hang out and entertain in comfort.
The kitchen was lacking in dishes and pans glasses. Ice maker was broken and leaking. Screen door was kicked out. No top sheet on the beds. Not enough towels, no wash cloth. Lacking in all amenities
Mendy's property was stunning. From the chef's kitchen, to the library, to the pool, there was something for everyone. We only stayed one night but wished we stayed longer! Will definitely be back to visit.
We loved our stay in Buffalo! The home is very spacious and we enjoyed the pool almost every day! We had a family gathering and there was plenty of space for us to hang out for hours, inside and out. The kitchen is amazing, but I think for larger events, a few more kitchen items would be needed to really take advantage of it. All in all, a great stay and would definitely like to stay again in the future.

Thank you Christine for the kind words. We will definitely be adding more kitchen utensils to our Chef's Kitchen!
We had originally planned to have some family members come over to watch the game but that didn’t work since there’s no TV anywhere.
But it ended up being really nice, the kids played games for a few days and we just went somewhere else to watch the game.
We had a great stay in Buffalo and this home was comfortable and well decorated. The home owner was thoughtful, fun, and did an excellent job communicating with us. We even saw two deer in the back yard while we there. We would definitely use this home again.
Just one heads up, this home is a little uncommon in that it does not have a TV. This can be such a great thing in our digitally consumed society, but if you experience a rainy day and want to gather together for a movie or show, this is not an option here.

We had a nice time at the rental house with our kids and grandkids. The house was clean and spacious and could easily have gotten a 5 star rating with a few changes. Some things of concern were the lack of a booklet to give overall information. The email sent prior did give checkin information but we are used to having an accessible booklet/folder to reference. The issues we encountered were: refrigerator was not cooling properly due to ice buildup and started to leak water on the floor, the second refrigerator started to freeze our food, the kitchen was minimally supplied, very few regular glasses, no extra garbage bags, no dishwasher soap, the door needed special instructions to lock properly ( which was not provided before hand), the screen to the door was completely broken. The outdoor pool was enjoyed by our family but we ended up having to figure out how to use the pool sweeper as there was sediment at the bottom of the pool. The outdoor area could use some sweeping and basic cleaning. Also, no wash cloths were provided which I think should have been clearly stated in the house information. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but a few changes could really improve the experience.
The house was roomy, comfortable, clean, and met basic needs. The property manager was accommodating in allowing an early check in. However, “luxurious” as the is not accurate. While the place was nice and we had more room than a hotel, there were several things that would help to make the place better. First, the lock and key for the back door was difficult to work and needs upgrading. The screen on that door is ripped needs fixing. There are paper blinds that are rippped and falling down. Next, while the kitchen is large it could really use more cooking/ eating utensils. I would be hard pressed to cook a meal in this “chefs” kitchen. Luckily I did not need to do any cooking while I was there so it didn’t really affect me. Also, the refrigerator in the kitchen was leaking. We cleaned up puddles several times. But given I noticed another person had mentioned the leaky fridge before and it still hasn’t been fixed, I wonder how much maintenance gets preformed at this property other than being cleaned between stays. There were a couple of other things I thought were odd. First, there was no TV anywhere in the house. I never thought to look on the listing so that’s on me. Another, was the lack of washcloths in any of the bathrooms. Also not in the listing, washcloths would be nice to have. Finally, I did not find any instructions or booklet about the house. Just basic instructions for checking in and out. Fixing these items would add to the experience.
