We were just looking for a place to crash for a weekend when we stumbled on the Stone House. Only regret being we didn't get to stay longer. The house is in a neat area (warranted further exploration!), was very clean, well appointed and seamlessly run from a checking in/out perspective. Would definitely recommend to others.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The architecture and the inside fixtures were fabulous. I adored both fireplaces. The fresh eggs were so delicious. Plenty of coffee was available. My adult son and daughter were also with us and they absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this to everyone. I will probably be coming back up to Virginia so I will definitely want to stay here again. Everything was so clean. I loved the kitchen, plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, bowls, and spices. I love that they had dish soap for the dishwasher and hand dish soap and plenty of kitchen towels. The host was always ready to respond to any question that I had. This would be a great getaway for a a family or a girls trip. There are a lot of brand new shops close by. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The Stone House was perfect for our family gathering. It allowed all the grandparents to come and stay with us for our son's graduation. There was plenty of room to not be on top of each other and the young adults enjoyed the board games and evening time out in the backyard.

The house was charming and was a great fit for 5 adults and 3 kids. Great location for us, just a mile from my sister’s house. Convenient to I-95 to get to other local destinations. Nota, the property manager, was very prompt in responding to minor needs. The kids loved the board and other games that came with the house. A third bathroom is being added which will make the house more convenient for future large groups.

Amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family gathering. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and the house was exactly what we needed for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. The photographer got amazing pictures in and around the house. We couldn’t be more pleased. Clean and well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor seating was perfect to relax and watch the kids play in the yard. Pickleball and the swing were much enjoyed by everyone. I was able to catch this picture of a beautiful sunset on our final day.
