We fell in love with the property. The owners thought of everything you could need. The lake was absolutely beautiful. We thought the fire pit and the gazebo were the best! Thank you!
House was adorable and very comfortable for our family. We loved the screened in disconnected building. So nice to eat and read in there. Boys loved fishing in the pond. Grill was a bonus!! Thank you!
We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean, well equipped and well decorated the property was. I could definitely sense a woman’s touch! The lake was beautiful but we would have liked to launch our jet skis there. Also loved the fire pit and the screened in gazebo.. A very nice experience. Thank you
The home is clean, quaint and exactly as listed. The dock and screened in porch is a great attribute to the great outdoors, mosquitos are God awful up here, but the pure beauty is worth every it. Neighborhood was very peaceful no issues whatsoever, pet friendly. The owners were very accommodating as our little trip was spur of the moment. So many memories made, sights seen and trails rode! Thank you for the wonderful place to come back to after a long day.

Thanks for the review, Brandi and glad you guys had such a good time! 😁 You're right--spring time mosquitos are no joke! Glad we got a screen porch! Thanks again!
We had a great time at this property. There were five guys and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. We brought a four place enclosed trailer, and a two place enclosed trailer, and parking was simple. I asked questions, and the host answered almost immediately. Great communications.
We had a great stay while attending our son’s NMU graduation and moving him to Houghton to become a full time yooper. We will definitely return for visits. It is a great location and very comfortable. Morning coffee on the lake lot while overlooking the glass calm lake and perfect reflections in the water was a wonderful break from our busy weekend. We would love to come back and enjoy the lake more in the summer! Emily was a great communicator and even let us know that the previously frozen lake thawed out quickly from a rainstorm just before our visit to make kayaking possible.
Great property for families, neighbors were nice. The place was updated and clean. The screened in house, fire pit, and dock were fantastic! Beds were comfy. The only issue is that the WiFi was awful. I took the week off, but had a report to do on Monday. I ended up having to drive to the McDonald’s in Ishpeming to do the report because the WiFi was unusable at the house, even though I had no issue logging in to it. If you’re looking for a nice, calm, peaceful, pretty place, this is great! If you need WiFi during your stay, you might want to look elsewhere if you don’t have your own travel WiFi (Starlink, etc).

We're glad overall that you enjoyed your stay! It is a nice, peaceful place for relaxation ☺️ Sorry about the wifi! Unfortunately, being in a relatively remote area there are limited options when it comes to Internet... We are supposed to be getting more options soon!
Stayed for 5 days eveything was great . I may add also warm . With negative temps at night . Came from Indiana to snowmobile ,trails were great .The home had a perfect set up for snowmobiling a walk out door to an from the basement get off your sled walk into the basement an take off your gear leave the snow behind in. The basement no wet feet .I would re comend the snowmobile enthusiast to get on board . Michigama market 3.5 miles down the road gas for the sleds an the trail head starts where u got gas. Good fast communication with.owner. would do it again.
