Excellent

We have stayed in many vacation homes and booked with lots of different companies and owners, but this was easily one of our best experiences. The Windsor Palms location is amazing — so close to Disney, with great resort amenities for the whole family to enjoy. The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Cailin and Lisa provided excellent customer service from start to finish, and the little extras really made the stay feel special. Having coffee and hot chocolate waiting for us when we arrived was such a lovely touch after travelling. This is definitely our go-to home for future Florida trips!

Villa was perfect!!

We really enjoyed our holiday and the villa was perfect for what we needed. It was comfortable, well suited to our group and gave us everything we needed for our stay. We did have an issue with the WiFi, which unfortunately took a little longer than we would have hoped to resolve. It left a few of us without a signal, and it took several follow-up messages and a fair bit of chasing via WhatsApp before the issue was eventually sorted. Once resolved, everything was fine, and the maintenance guy that came out was truly lovely. Aside from that, we found White Rose Villas themselves to be very informative throughout the booking and stay, which was really helpful. Overall, we had a great stay, the villa was exactly what we needed, and we would definitely consider booking through Debbie Villas again in the future.

Excellent stay

We recently stayed during the Christmas holidays at the Wyndham Palms way home and we really enjoyed our time. The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day we were there. The neighbourhood was quiet and people were friendly. The staff at White Rose are excellent and very helpful. We are looking for our next stay. Thank you!

Amazing Time

Amazing time staying in the villa as the final stop on our six-week trip to the USA. We went to Florida because we love playing golf and used the villa as a base. The villa was good—probably one of the more standard ones we've stayed in over the years—but we can't complain. The service from the management company was great, and everything was reflected in the price. We didn't have any problems at all, but next time we'd probably look for something a bit more modern.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home in Windsor Palms! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The private pool and spa were a huge hit with our family—we spent every afternoon cooling off and unwinding after our park days. One of the best parts was how close the home is to Disney—super convenient and easy to get to all the major attractions. The location in a gated resort community gave us great peace of mind, and we also loved taking advantage of the resort amenities like the clubhouse, pool, gym, and even the little cinema! A big thank you to White Rose Villas for being so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And the welcome pack was such a thoughtful touch—we really appreciated the goodies after a long travel day! We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place near Disney.

Absolutely fantastic

Our holiday was absolutely fantastic - just what the doctor ordered! The villa itself was spotless, very spacious, and finished to a high standard. The only minor issue we experienced was due to a storm, which caused some debris to collect at the bottom of the pool. When the pool maintenance team came, they had to shock the water, so it was out of use for a day. But everything was quickly resolved, and it didn't impact our overall experience
