Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (1 car). You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the driveway’s house. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

We offer an EV charging station for your convenience and include the adapter for Tesla vehicles.


✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ Long-term stays are allowed.

✹ Please note that though the listing shows 3 beds, there are only 2 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality twin-size air mattress.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

✹ Four security cameras are located at the front door and back door. All are active and recording.

✹ A noise monitoring device is located on the premises to measure noise levels. Please be rest assured that it is not recording your conversations.

✹ Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.

✹ To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

✹ For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
