Cute little cottage near lake perfect for a small family getaway. Only 5 minutes to Holiday Landing Marina and about 25 minutes to Manchester. All major retailers within 15 minutes.We stayed here for Bonnaroo and the distance was fine. Beds super comfy!

This property is neat as a pin and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The outside porch area is very cozy and serene. The owners are very attentive and have excellent communication skills. I highly recommend both the property and the owners. I will definitely be returning!

Five Star Cozy Cottage

The cozy cottage was adorable! We have stayed at several rentals in this community, and this was one of our favorites. Justin checked on us and was easy to get in touch with us when I had a question. Great stay!

Great location with awesome outdoor space

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family. Nice kitchen and great screened in patio! The golf cart/walking trail was beautiful! It leads down to a dock with a restaurant.

Great Stay

The house was better than expected and was a great place to stay. It was clean, updated and the layout was spectacular. The hosts were great to work with and communicated above and beyond my expectations. The location was within 20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again!!

Very clean well decorated house. Quiet and peaceful. Great communication with the management company and appreciate the necessities to get us through. We will be back! Nice bonus would be a golf cart to take down to the lake. Other than that perfection

Our family reunion could not have been more perfect! The Cozy Cottage had everything my family needed from the minute we walked in the door. So if you love making memories with family and friends, cooking, in the lovely, kitchen and then ending the day making s'mores around the fire, This is it!!!! Our time went by too fast.
