Lovely studio cottage tucked away, surrounded by natural beauty. Great getaway for singles or couples. Relax poolside, romp around yard, or shoot some hoops - all with the backyard bayou as backdrop. Parking for one space with cottage rental.
Swamp tours, Oak Alley & other Plantations, Restaurants, Nicholls St, shopping just a mere 10-20 minutes away. Short 1 hour drive to New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
Pool is shared when main house is occupied.
Property located on land that has been in family for generations. South Louisiana is about food, hospitality, culture and nature. Enjoy the natural beauty and culture in a relaxed, peaceful environment.
Our house is an animal free and smoke free house. This rule also extends to emotional support animals.

Note: we have a small generator for emergencies. Use is offered on best-effort basis following all manufacturer’s safety rules, with fuel at expense of guests.
