Condo was clean and spacious and as beautiful as the photos, if not more. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and uncrowded beach and poolside lounging. We highly recommend the grocery and chef service as there are limited restaurant options nearby. Our highlight was being picked up at the nearby pier for a day of sailing and snorkelling. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and ensured our time in Cozumel was comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a group of 4 couples who were planning a scuba diving week. The condo was perfect. We could dive during the day and then come back and relax in the pool. It was difficult to cook anything due to the oven. It worked but was difficult. We gave up and went to the wonderful restaurants in the area.

The property is spacious and clean. Beautiful views from almost every room. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms updated, and it has all the kitchen equipment you need. The large balcony is perfect for lounging, playing cards, and eating. The rooftop is hot, but the ideal spot for sunset views. We even watched a wedding from there one night! Perhaps as impressive as the view is the maintenance crew at Residence Reef. The grounds are kept immaculate and the gate attendants are friendly. It is a nice quiet family friendly resort. Amber is fast at responding and made sure check in was smooth, even though we had travel issues. Enrique was there to greet us and show us around. He gave helpful suggestions about Cozumel and promptly responds to messages.

Property was very nice. However, the living room A/C was inop and not fixed during our stay. Also, I wasn’t aware that drinkable (bottled) water was extra until we checked out. Also, the short “lap” pool is only OK if you don’t mind scraping your knuckles on the bottom. In any event, our family had a great time and Cozumel turned out to be a treat!
