The Neighborhood:

The Friendly Hills trailhead can be accessed right from your doorstep, perfect for morning hikes or sunset walks.

Other Things to Note:

PETS

-Pre-screened dogs are welcome for an additional nonrefundable fee of $100 per pet. They must be house-trained and stay off furniture, and out of the pool and hot tub. Cats are not allowed.



Pool heating:

If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September.

Pool heating charge is $200/day applicable during months of April - October and $300/day applicable from November, December and March

For colder months of January and February, we do not offer pool heating.
