Great Stay!

The cabin was really cosy and the location to Sierra was great. The owner is very friendly and keeps up good communication. Things to keep in mind are the cabin is a little difficult to find and the winter terrain might be a little difficult for normal cars. Otherwise, the cabin is very well maintained and setup, and we would definitely recommend it!

The serene and peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by mountains and enhanced by the soothing sound of a creek running through the property, creates a perfect retreat. Its proximity to both a Sierra ski lift and Ecco Lake adds the ideal balance of recreation and natural beauty, many hikes and paths making it a place where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors in a picturesque setting

What makes this property unique

located in the beautiful High Sierras of Northern California on the border of Desolation Wilderness (6200 ft. above sea level). We are only twenty minutes from South Lake Tahoe and 67 miles from Sacramento.
During the winter we have a great sledding hill; also, your group can go skiing at Sierra-at-Tahoe which is just down the road from the cabin. Of course, there is easy access to all the recreational venues of the Tahoe Basin
