The primary suite features a brand-new California King mattress, a private bathroom and shower, and your own far-infrared sauna—perfect after a day of exploring. Two additional bedrooms each have new queen beds and ample closet space. A foosball table is available in the bonus room, and the hall closet is stocked with games for cozy nights in.
Outside, a large back porch with a dining set and gas BBQ is ideal for summer cookouts or evening relaxation. The home’s single-level layout and flat driveway make access simple year-round, and the two-car garage provides secure storage for gear and vehicles. Disc golf sets, hiking poles, and other sporting amenities are available in the garage, and guests are welcome to use the provided kayak and bikes.

City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500:
a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 6 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.
