Steps from historic Sutter Street, 10 minutes to Folsom Lake & Lake Natoma, and close to hiking and bike trails. 35 min- 1.5 hrs from Sacramento, Tahoe, Napa, and Amador Wine Country. Family-friendly with baby gates, a pack-n-play, and toys. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and easy access to local attractions at this 2000 sqft retreat!

Our NEWLY REMODELED modern boho home that is designed to meet all your needs as your home away from home! We have all BRAND NEW LG kitchen appliances. Our stainless steel appliances are high tech with features from indoor water dispenser in the refrigerator, to an air fryer function in the oven- parents, we know you will appreciate this if your kids are like ours, asking for chicken nuggets every other meal. Our stove has gas burners with a griddle for making breakfast simple and easy! Our newly painted kitchen cabinets make for a calming effect in the kitchen while cooking meals and still being able to entertain friends/family. We designed our modern boho home to be open and airy with comfort in mind. Comfortable couches for gathering around and large enough tables to be able to have an intimate dinner with loved ones.

Our home is centrally located: 5 minute walk to 24 Hour fitness, and Walmart. Within a 10 minute drive, you can discover historic downtown Folsom with locally owned restaurants and entertainment, Folsom Lake, Lake Natoma, Target, Trader Joes, Sprouts, Folsom Outlets, Intel, Harris Center and More. 35 minutes from the Sacramento Airport and Downtown Sacramento. 35 minutes to Apple Hill. 1 hour from Amador Wine Country and 1 hour 45 min to North and South Lake Tahoe. There are also over 95 miles of trails in Folsom to bike, run, hike and explore.

If you are checking out on a Sunday, we ask that you take the garbage and recycling to the street, since Mondays are trash days.
Strip all sheets from used beds and bring all towels downstairs to the laundry. Please start load of either towels or sheets before you leave. Pods are in a container in the cupboard on the right.
Please make sure to place tv remotes and fan/light remotes back in their designated areas. For any lost remotes, we will need to charge a $60 fee. Please lock the sliding glass door and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
