Our pool is heated and has a special high-end saltwater system. It's easier on you skin than traditional chlorine.
The front of our house has a circular driveway that can hold 4 to 5 cars. Plus there is plentiful street parking.
Our dock can accommodate up to a 40-foot boat. There are no bridges or other obstructions and we're only a few hundreds yards from Biscayne Bay.
We love hanging out on the patio. This is our outdoor sofa area.
Our dining table can hold up to 10 people and we have an additional kitchen table (4 people) and patio table (8 people) as well.

Tropical urban oasis. It's 4-bedroom, 3-bath pool home on the water in the center of the Shorecrest neighborhood in Miami's super-hot Upper Eastside/MiMo District. Minutes to Miami Beach. Walking distance to some of Miami's best restaurants. French doors lead you through the covered patio and fountain to luxurious pool area and lush backyard. Stunning Marilyn Monroe painting from acclaimed French artist overlooks it all. 76 feet of protected water with no fixed bridges is a boater's dream.

Up to two pets may stay at the property ($100 fee per pet to pay for enhanced cleaning required by housekeeper).

$750 deposit is refundable upon checkout.

We have mixed feelings about this home. We wanted to give it a good review but would be remiss for not mentioning the issues for future renters to be aware of. The house itself was lovely, clean comfortable and roomy. It had a smell which was helped by diffusers we bought at a local Walmart. When we arrived the pool was full of debris, dead insects and cloudy, by the third day it was cleaned. One of the draws for us to rent this house was the kayaks (it cost an additional 150 to use them) . However, there was no launch area. It's a five foot drop down a straight wall to a 6 inch fauna covered concrete surface which is above another several feet of water, too deep to stand. It would mean balancing on a 6 inch ledge with a kayak and hoping not to fall in, and then it would mean somehow scaling up a straight wall with a kayak to return back to land . For us that was impossible . We're middle-aged. We contacted the host twice about this and he never responded. Additionally I should mention that when we initially contacted him about renting the kayaks it took him a week and two more messages from us to finally respond. In the check out instructions he mentioned it would be a favor to him if we check out early to let him know and when we messaged home we left, that's when he (finally hmmmm) responded. Obviously too late to be helpful. We ended up renting kayaks at a nearby state park, with a typical launch. I feel the lack of proper launching area should have been disclos

Quiet, convenient, and beautiful

Just to start with the property. It’s a beautiful, clean and spacious home. It was perfect for both indoor and outdoor entertainment and relaxing from the pool to the hot tub and even the grill was an excellent condition. The property even has a well kept dock and canal access. This property comfortably has everything you need for a group of 4-8 probably even 10.On to the property manager Ben. He was very communicative from the very beginning. Addressing any concerns and checked in with us both before and after the stay. I highly recommend going through Ben and this property specifically. It’s a perfect relaxing getaway.
