grand appartement agréable a vivre avec terrasse et jardin, vu sur mer. dommage que le climat de la région soit venteux et humide mais c' est le paradis des surfeurs.

bruyant et douche brulante

les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants, le logement est bien situé et bien équipé. L'accueil pour la présentation de l'appartement était beaucoup trop rapide environ 5 à 7mn. La machine à laver était inutilisable car une pièce à l'intérieur se détachait du tambour; la douche était brulante sans aucune possibilité de réduire la température (car les tuyaux sont montés à l'envers) et si l'on veut mettre même un tout petit peu d'eau froide l'eau chaude se coupe instantanément c'est donc soit brulant ou rien le propriétaire le sais car il nous à précisé en insistant la position du robinet pour l'eau chaude. le propriétaire au dessus de cet appartement possède 2 voir trois chiens qui hurlent du matin 7h00 au soir 23h00 minimum sans que jamais personne ne les fasse taire ??? et les autres chiens des habitations environnantes leurs répondent. ce n'est pas très reposant

Grundsätzlich war das Domizil umfangreich ausgestattet und entsprach erstmal der Beschreibung

Die Vermieter teilten uns mit, dass die Terassentür (2-flügelige Schiebetür) rechts defekt sei und wir nur links öffnen sollen.Tatsächlich war die rechte Schließung komplett lose, was wir erst nach einer Woche feststellten. Diese musste, da die Vermieter nichts unternahmen von uns repariert werden. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage war nicht funktionsfähig, nach Rücksprache wurde uns das bestätigt, das sei schon seit Monaten der Fall, eine Reparatur erfolgte auch nicht.Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage war die Wohnung feucht, an der Decke sind schon Stockflecken. Auch ein nachträglich gebrachter Radiator zum Heizen brachte nur bedingt Abhilfe. Zu der Waschmaschine gab es keine Bedienungsanleitung, diese mussten wir aus dem Internet selber suchen. Die Innenteile der Trommel waren teilweise nicht vorhanden oder defekt. Die Tür der Spülmaschine ist defekt und mit viel Vorsicht zu öffnen. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 1,1 km, hier sind die angegebenen 450 m vielleicht als Höhenmeter zu verstehen... Auch Ericeira ist ca. 7,5 km entfernt. Grundsätzlich ist man bei dieser Wohnung auf einen PKW angewiesen. Ich hoffe, dass die bestehenden Mängel in Kürze behoben werden, denn es handelt sich wirklich um eine sehr geschmackvoll und gerade in der Küche vollumfänglich ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht und brachten auch sofort nach unserer Bitte den Radiator.

Très belle location

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Ana. Nous avons été très bien accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive suite à notre retard d'avion. Ana et son mari sont adorables. Le logement d'Ana est très propre et très bien équipé. Il est aussi idéalement situé pour visiter facilement la région dont Lisbonne et Sintra. La voiture est par contre indispensable pour cette location. Je recommande cette location et c'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous y retournerons si nous devons retourner au Portugal. Pays et gens sympas.

Accueil des propriétaires très sympathique. L'appartement est très propre mais bruyant; la construction est "fonctionnelle". La région, hors été, est très belle; Pour vous rendre à cette adresse il faut suivre "plage de San Juliao" car elle est très au sud d' Ericeira.

Superbe!

Appartement très agréable et moderne le petit jardin aménagé est également appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable et très propre, de plus nous avons reçu un EXCELLENT accueil des propriétaires qui sont des personnes adorables qui ont su nous guider jusqu'a l'appartement mais aussi nous conseiller pour notre séjour. Il est préférable de s'y rendre en voiture pour profiter pleinement des alentours mais aussi pour des questions pratiques car il n'y a pas de commerces proches et les bus sont rares, cependant nous avons facilement pu reserver des taxis, ce qui nous a permis de visiter Mafra et Ericeira, qui nous ont également ravis, à des tarifs raisonnables. La plage de Sao Juliao toute proche est juste magnifique, elle restera l'un des meilleurs souvenirs de notre séjour. Nous avons eu un gros coup de coeur pour cette location Merci :)

Hier macht man Ferien. Wunderschöner Strand-Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Wanderungen und Ausflüge nach Mafra, Sintra, Casceis oder auch Lissabon. Sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung - und alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Empfehlung - jederzeit gerne wieder! Martina & Ulli

Portugal wie es kaum besser geht ;)

Ein kleines verstecktes "Zuhause", unweit der wunderbaren Strände rund um Ericeira! Das Haus in einer Reihenhaus-Wohnanlage war uns für 2 Wochen ein bestens gelegener Ausgangspunkt für unsere Surfausflüge - die Kinder haben einen Surfkurs bei NA ONDA in Foz de Lizandro besucht und waren von dieser Surfschule total begeistert - für die geübteren Surfer gibt es endlose Spots ;) Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Vermieter sind redlichst um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht! Ein Traumurlaub an der portugiesischen Atlantikküste...und auch Sehenswürdigkeiten von Lissabon über Cabo da Roca, Sintra, Mafra oder Estoril sind innerhalb von 40 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar! Apropos Auto: wer hier wohnt, wird ohne Auto wohl nicht auskommen ;) 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand, größere Supermärkte für Einkauf gibt es in Ericeira und Mafra! Noch ein Tipp: von Mittwoch bis Sonntag (in der Sommersaison zumindest!) steht an der Hauptstrasse in Richtung Ericeira immer ein Lastwagen, der eine mobile Bäckerei beherbergt! Das Brot ist einmalig...und ebenso lecker PAO CUM CHURIZO (Brot mit Wurst, aber auch mit Schinken, Spinat oder als süße Variante)!

Die Ferienwohnung lässt kaum Wünsche offen

Die Ferienwohnung ist tatsächlich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Alle Zimmer haben Außenrollos und eine Klimaanlage. Sie ist modern und neu eingerichtet, alles macht einen sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr vollständig eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut mit Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet, da bleiben kaum Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Immaculate Apartment

We spent three nights here.. The apartment is well equipped and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The owners were wonderful and went out of their way to greet us and welcome us. The beach area is wonderful. You do need to make sure you have everything with you as it is a distance,to shopping for groceries or restaurants. The closest one we found was 14 km away.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden vom Vermieter bei Ankunft in der Fewo sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Fewo ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen sind so, wie man es auch vor Ort antrifft. Als Willkommensgeschenk fanden wir einen frischen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein vor; dies ist eine nette Geste. Wir haben zwei Wochen dort verbracht. Die Vermieterin kam extra nach der 1. Woche und hat die Betten frisch bezogen und neue Handtücher gebracht- dies ist auch nicht üblich und hier hervorzuheben. Wir hatten leider sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter und konnten die schöne Terrasse kaum nutzen. Wir werden aber bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen. Gabi und Norbert aus Münster.

Perfect!

We had an absolutely lovely stay in this gorgeous apartment, which was spotless and spacious (it's even bigger than the pictures suggest). Ana and her family are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They even came to the airport to pick us up as our flight got in so late. We had a lovely 5 days here and especially enjoyed sitting out and eating in the garden and lounging on the hammock. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely, modern apartment to relax in, close to Sao Juliao beach and a short drive away from charming Ericeira.

Ideal para unas vacaciones

Pasamos 4 días en el apartamento. Todo perfecto, limpio, ordenado, con todo lo q se necesita. La terraza con jardín es lo mejor,con barbacoa.se puede tomar el sol o disfrutar el desayuno. Muy cerca de la playa que se puede ir andando y a 5 min en coche del pueblo de ericeira. Y los dueños encantadores ! Todo maravilloso!

Wir haben uns, auch aufgrund des liebenswerten Empfangs durch die Vermieter, auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Angaben und die Fotos der Wohnung sind absolut korrekt. Sehr attraktiv ist auch die Nähe zu Lissabon, Sintra, Mafra und die zu den kleinen Städten an der Küste. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

une très belle location

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de trois semaines, dans cette très belle location. L'accueil est formidable,et Ana Cristina est une personne adorable ainsi que son mari et leur fille. Nous avons été accueilli comme si nos étions de la famille. Tout est impeccable : l'équipement de la cuisine, le linge de maison, le mobilier et même une vue sur la mer. Superbe endroit pour passer des vacances. Centralisé, pour visiter, Lisbonne, SIntra, Mafra....... Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche sous un très beau soleil. Ana, Catarina et Rui nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons découvert une belle maison avec tout le confort, très propre et décorée par Ana qui à incontestablement des dons d'artiste. A notre arrivée nous attendais une bonne bouteille de vin, des fruits. Catarina avait préparé une carte personnalisé de bienvenue. Adresse à retenir impérativement. Je finirais par un grand merci à Ana, Catarina et Rui qui aime recevoir et louer leur maison. Cathie et François les Français de Bordeaux..

Beautiful Apartment

What a beautiful apartment and wonderful people that own it. We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful couple who showed us where everything was in this very clean and beautifully furnished, comfortable apartment with plenty of space. There was a local bottle of wine and also fruit as a welcoming present. The beach was fabulous with a really good cafe and lots of good restaurants in Ericeira, We will be back!
