We convened the family for a local wedding and this place was great. Plenty of room, plenty of beds and towels(!). It was in the high 90s our entire visit and we thoroughly appreciated being able to cool off in the pool. Was perfect that there was a bed and bathroom on main floor for my Mom. Hanging out on the back porch was lovely too. Great communication.

The property was very spacious, and it was just as described. We spent a lot of time on the covered patio watching the grandchildren enjoy the pool. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. If you need a house with room for several people, I highly recommend this home.

We had a blast this weekend celebrating my son's graduation. The house was clean and big enough for all of our needs. The pool was a big hit and we used the crib and high chair that was available, too. This house has it all. We will book again for next family adventure!

The house exceeded my expectation, the list details didn’t do it justice. The house was large and extremely roomy. The bedrooms were large and the beds clean and comfortable. The backyard and pool were excellent place to spend time.

We rented this house to hold several family members and be close to the venue where our son was getting married. The house was perfect and fit all our needs. The only issue we had was a TV not working in one of the bedrooms and within an hour of us letting the host know it was replaced. We were impressed by his promptness. He actually answered any question we had almost immediately. I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay here for our family. There were kids items that helped us avoid packing too much. The house has tons of room for everyone, and the rooms are large enough so everyone has plenty of their own space. There is also a community park a few houses down, which was great for us. If we come back, we're hoping we'll be able to use the pool next time.

Great Stay

We had a great stay for our family vacation. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a grocery store close and easy access to main highways. Our host was very responsive, and it was well stocked. The back patio was plenty large for our group of 8 and it was a nice grill

The host was extremely communicative and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay and answering any of our questions. We rented the home as it was near to the wedding venue where my daughter was getting married. The house was as described, very large, beautiful, the beds were super comfortable! A few things came up and he was quick to respond. The check in and check out was seamless. A few things to consider when booking, for planning purposes:* The heated pool/hot tub - you will need to decide which one to heat, they cannot heat both. We found heating the hot tub, the water will fall into the pool, and make it s little warm.* There is absolutely nothing left in the home for you to use. Example: no condiments, no baggies, foil, water. Nothing! So plan ahead and go to the grocery to get everything you need. We didn’t cook so we can’t speak to that. * The ac is controlled by you, it’s touch screen! * If you have extra guests, than your reservation indicated, you will need to notify the host who will bill you an extra 30.00 per person, per night. We had one bedroom tv not work, there was mold in the main shower, and we could hear critters in the attic. The host was informed of all of this and shared he’d be addressing these concerns.All in all the house was perfect for our needs and the beds were, again, super comfortable. Also!! Most importantly!! He provided make up removal towels in every bathroom. Which we loved! And he supplied a lot of towels and toilet paper!!
