Surrounded by three ponds and a creek, this cabin in nestled in the woods and a beautiful place for a quiet get-a-way. You can enjoy fishing off the deck or around the pond. There's a shelter with an outdoor kitchen and a bonfire area. Open concept kitchen and living space with a wood burning stove, spa-like bathroom and one bedroom with a king size bed. Up to two small dogs welcomed.

Located in Russell Springs, KY., near Lake Cumberland with multiple docks, just minutes away. Approximately 20 minutes to the State Dock, Wolf Creek Dam and Fish Hatchery.

The cabin was in a remote area, and was so peaceful. There was plenty of wildlife to see, and it was very serene. We will definitely go back again, it was just what the doctor ordered.

The short drive thru the woods was nice getting to the cabin. It feels secluded but just a couple miles off the main road. We had good communication with David. The cabin was as described. It was clean and comfortable. A plus was the bed slept great, since we have one simpler. We caught a few bass and bluegill. The open shed are was nice to set outside with our dog next to the creek. There were deer, turkeys and mud turtles that came thru. Our overall experience was good. A great place place to stay to rest and take it easy.

This cabin was its own paradise , my husband loved fishing off the back of the cabin and my Aussies loved running luscious green yard. This cabin makes you feel like you're in your own world . You want to spend the days relaxing and soaking up the beauty. The host had little treats and coffee for us , making a trip to the grocery for another day. Large kitchen indoors and out . We are already trying to plan for another stay there

We were overwhelmed with joy, it was everything my husband and I had ever dreamed of on property we would want for ourselves. A pond literally right off the back deck you can fish in. There is also a stream just flooded with minnows and another pond to fish in. The outdoor covered kitchen was a dream, it even had a tv out there not that we watched we enjoyed the quiet of no people talking no sirens blaring and no cars. There are not enough words to explain how wonderful the bathroom was. This is a place you just have to experience. The host is extremely helpful and friendly, the place was spotless. I’ve stayed in a lot of cabins in Tennessee and have had some very nice ones, but none like this or that made me cry when I had to leave. We will definitely be going back hopefully a lot and soon. Our stay was on 6/1 and 6/2 2026.

This was our second stay, and it was lovely as expected. Such an adorable cabin, and you can't ask for a more beautiful view. It's so convenient to town and to local marinas, but you feel like you are deep in the woods. The only thing that would make this perfect would be a place to hang your clothes easily.

Such an amazing cabin to get away for the week! We loved the outdoor area to watch movies at night with all sounds of the frogs filling the silence. The ponds were great to fish and our pup enjoyed the stream that runs through the property. A hidden gem for sure. We loved our stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Great spot on a small creek. Very clean and quiet. There were some issues with the app communicating and unclear address/check-in instructions. The hosts are new to VRBO, but definitely friendly and offer a great rental.

This place is the absolute cutest! Just minutes from the city square yet you feel like you are secluded from everything! The cabin is amazing and so comfy! The views are breathtaking. Road trip across the country

This place is incredible, it is wonderfully secluded, quiet yet beautiful. Creek, outdoor kitchen, roomy and comfortable cabin, plenty of room and relaxing. Family of geese hanging around along with a turtle. This was the perfect spot for our stay while traveling through on our road trip. Thank you!

First of all this property and it’s located is to die for. It’s a hidden gem. We loved the surrounding. We’d definitely come back and would refer this property to friends. The only issues we had was a mouse was in the cabin and got in our bags we had on the bar and cabinet. The property needs a few item for the guests.. the kitchen definitely needs more amenities and was lacking things like a bottle opener, need more basic cooking utensils, silverware, dish towels and dish rags(there were none). But these are things the owner can definitely take care of. So I don’t want knock this place, because we loved our stay, just missing so important items that a guess would need.

We loved it here, the bed was super comfortable! Our kids fished the whole time and caught one bass after another! We left to get food from Kroger and that was it. We spent our whole time at the property. My husband and I can’t wait to go back in the winter time. The owners were very kind. Counting down the days to go back!

This was such a special, secluded getaway for us as a couple. I absolutely loved the fishing while the hubs adventured near the relaxing ponds and creek. We spent time enjoying the wood burning stove one evening and a bonfire the next. The property is so serene; just the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. The cabin and patio/deck areas are incredible, check-in was super easy, and communication with the gracious host was excellent. We loved that it felt tucked away and quiet, but was still just a short drive to town if you needed anything. We can’t wait to come back again with the kids next time!

Looks exactly like the pictures! Was an incredible relaxing trip. Very close to town but felt like we were far from it. The ponds and creek were great as was the patio area with tv. Only recommendation I would suggest is to have more kitchen utensils; steak knives, more plates and kitchen hand towels. Dave stopped and visited and was very gracious! We do plan to stay again!,

Quiet secluded gem with an amazingly kind host

David is such a kind and caring host! He made sure my family and I were comfortable and having a good time. Even Jimbo was friendly and made sure we were settled in! The cabin was clean and spacious enough for our family. The full kitchen was awesome. The view of the pond and stream are beautiful. I enjoyed fishing and having a nip of bourbon in the outdoor kitchen area with the fireplace. David also recommended a really great restaurant for dinner. Nothing but the best southern hospitality.
