'Peaceful Valley Lake & Cabins'
Attention: Nature lovers, or someone who just wants to escape for a few days of peace and quiet. Come and stay in our cozy cabin, better known as, "Tree Top Cabin", overlooking the beautiful catch-and-release lake fully stocked with a variety of fish.
The cabin is surrounded by woods and offers two decks to enjoy the view from. You can sit and listen to the birds, or watch the squirrels jump from tree to tree. Enjoy a hike along the creek thru the woods, or just relax with a fishing pole while floating along in our two person fishing boat (at no extra charge).
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. There is a washer/dryer and bathroom with all the necessary linens needed to make
your stay more comfortable. There is also a gas grill on the top deck, so you can enjoy the view of the lake while grilling your favorite foods. The cabin and lake are located out in the country, yet are only minutes from town. With Lake Cumberland and marinas only minutes away, what more could a person ask for? We do not permit "parties."
Peaceful Valley is just that...... Peaceful... Our property is geared to quiet, restful, family relaxation. We do not permit hosting "parties".

Our 3-night visit at the end of March was excellent. The cabin was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The property is beautiful! Owners were very attentive to our questions. This is a great get away for a restful vacation. We are already planning a fall visit.

Place was wonderful!! Cabin had all we needed. It was absolutely beautiful with our own dock and 2 person boat to ride around or fish. Timmie was a wonderful host who sat with us on the covered deck and thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. He even brought us a bucket full of items from his garden which we fixed and ate the next night for dinner. We will be coming back!!!!

Love this wonderful place! Timmy and Rose were very accommodating and all the reviews I read on here were so very true. Clean cabins, good fishing, clean lake, beautiful property and a good place to relax and unwind. Lake Cumberland is not far away if you chose to go check that area out as well. Beautiful cabins

My husband, myself, our 3 boys and my father in law stayed here for the weekend. This place is very beautiful and peaceful. The cabin was like a home away from home, was very clean and had all necessities you could possibly need. We were extremely happy with our stay and the owners were helpful and very friendly. They definitely make sure there guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. We also caught lots of fish from the lake. The game tables down stairs were a nice touch after fishing all day.

Had an amazing time on our weekend get away. Wished my love could have been with me. Highly recommend anyone wanting to get away to try this property. Perfect getaway

Booked Treetop for my husband and I for our anniversary. The lake was beautiful and each cabin had a great view and access to the water. Treetop is also great for those with kids since the basement is open and has plenty of sleeping options with foosball and air hockey tables and tv with dvds. Think we’ll come back in the spring with the kids and some other families for a weekend of fishing and hanging out by the fire pits. The owners, Rose and Timmy, live right beside the cabins on the hill and were available in case you have any issues (we did not, but they did check on us before we left).

Nice, peaceful getaway

Great place to getaway and fish or to relax. Cabin was well stocked with cooking supplies and extremely clean and well maintained. Caught some huge bluegill out of the lake and the boat was nice to be able to use. Lots of other activities such as satellite tv, kids games, cornhole boards, and game tables. Had a nice desert waiting when we arrived and owner would check in every evening for a few minutes to make sure everything was good. If you need food or additional supplies, a dollar store and Kroger are just a short drive away. We will definitely return again!

Relaxing stay

This property was very easy to get to by GPS. It is located in a very small town. If you are wanting to get away and stay at a beautiful cabin this is a great cabin. We utilized the pond boat and caught bass and bluegill with bread. Cumberland Lake is about 30 minutes away and is absolutely beautiful. Rent a pontune and you won’t be disappointed! The cabin was very clean and perfect for my family of four. The basement could easily sleep six. When we arrived there was a homemade chocolate cake sitting on the table, it was very good. Timmy came and checked on us a couple of times and brought us some tomatoes from his garden. He was very friendly! You won’t need to bring any pots or pans, the kitchen is well stocked. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the peace and quiet it offered! We would love to go back!

It was great and clean and we loved it. It is about 20 mins from a beach, has a washer and dryer and so many games and movies. There is no WiFi/ cell service

Amazing Stay!

From the moment I booked until checkout, communication was excellent! They were always quick with a response to any question or need. The property is amazing. Although it’s just minutes from town, it feels like you are hidden far away. The lake and creek are beautiful. I enjoyed morning walks around the property. The cabin has everything that you could need for cooking, laundry, relaxing, and entertainment. We cooked most of our meals on the blackstone grill. We can’t wait to return!
