Great Place

The cottage was nicely decorated and comfortable with a big sectional sofaand recliner. There was plenty of room to park vehicles and a boat in the driveway. The dock was a great bonus. Our whole group loved this cottage and we plan to stay their again.

Beautiful new build

This place is a beautiful new build that has everything you will ever need for any length of stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. We really liked the location, and the fact that all our entertainment was very close.

Dream Stay

The White Oak Cottage was everything it looks like and more! Family friendly, located so close to anything you need for the trip, and is so peaceful and pretty at night when it was time to wind down! Also the easiest access to all resort amenities including the pool and tram down to your own private slip on a beautiful new dock! 10/10 would recommend to any friends and family.

Very nice place and very clean. Great Cumberland Trip!

We had an absolutely fantastic trip staying at the White Oak Cottage! From the moment we walked in, we noticed how incredibly clean, nice, and updated everything looked. The cottage has a nice open floor plan that made it so easy and comfortable for everyone to hang out together without feeling crowded. The location is great and having our own dedicated boat slip was a huge plus. Love the huge driveway too. When we weren't on the lake, we enjoyed the private community pool nearby, and the game room was fun as well. The owner was incredibly helpful and attentive to anything we needed during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The house was amazing! There was plenty of room for family. The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The living room was spacious and the sectional couch provided plenty of seating and was extremely comfy. The beds were so comfortable with hotel style sheets. There were plenty of bath and kitchen towels that were luxurious! We felt very safe taking walks in the neighborhood. The pool was clean and had plenty of outdoor furniture to sit or lounge while soaking up the sun. They even provided beach towels as well. The host also had excellent communication skills and was very accommodating with our request to check in a bit early.We will definitely be returning for our next family trip!

This home was a wonderful place for our family! It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, towels in the bathroom nice, and the living room had plenty of room to relax together after a busy day on the boat! We enjoyed the pickle ball court in the morning and evening. The boat slip and easy access to the slip from the house was so nice! Communication with Sean was easy and he was responsive with a couple of questions we had during our stay. Our family all gave it a 10/10! We would definitely book this property again! Thank you!!

This was by far the cleanest and cutest VRBO I've stayed in. The yard was freshly mowed. The host was punctual on responding. We were able to check in 3 hrs early which was great!! The host even let us park our boat trailer in the driveway before check in. We took advantage of getting on the water early. Can't say enough nice things about this home. I would definitely recommend it and would come back again.
