Our neighborhood offers many walking distance places and the beach is 5min away!
At few meters from the house we have really good places for breakfasts and lunches (Earth Cafe - Zwart Cafe) and one of the best supermarket in town (Super Ronny's 2).
In order to reach the house it is not nessary a mean of transportation. You can easly walk around.
"Sea Song House" features 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second offers a king-size bed plus a sofa that can be converted into a single bed.
An open-space kitchen, big living and dining area, and a beautiful deck with 2 sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The villa also features a stunning Moroccan-style patio, and a nice turquoise pool.
The villa is just a short walk to the beach, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, offering easy access to all you need during your stay.
The best way to move around Santa Teresa and discover its beauties, is by far the ATV.
If you want to do a road trip in Costa Rica, the best is to rent a 4x4 car.

- Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the trees next to house, along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue!
- Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment.
- Water cuts: Water cuts are very common in Santa Teresa. Water will come back as soon as the problem is fixed!
- Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season. It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions.
