The second bedroom is a very comfortable queen mattress. Our 3rd bedroom is a fun queen-over-queen bunk and TV room. The living area is an open concept with a 72 inch TV screen and a large sectional perfect for comfort and winding down. The kitchen is a renters dream with everything you need to cook up a feast or have a pool side BBQ. We have included pots and pans, baking sheets, crockpots, air fryer, beautiful kitchen ware and if you like your food outdoors we have also supplied sturdy plastic ware. Also provided are many cooking utensils to make the ultimate meal.

For amenities we offer High-speed WIFI for our business visitors or just for simply staying connected. Laundry facilities are available for convenience. Parking. A toy box for the children and pack and play for the babies.

*IMPORTANT POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING INFORMATION!
The pool is not heated but can be used for a refreshing soak or swim.
Our hot tub heating is included with your stay and can be controlled on a guest panel in the home.
Please message us if you have any questions or concerns.
If we notice that any of the pool or spa settings have been touched or adjusted there will be a fee of $200 a day. Our heating is ran off propane and messing with any of the settings can result in our system needing to be serviced by multiple parties.

*Swimming is at your own risk, and no lifeguard is on duty. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your safety.
*Pools are cleaned and serviced weekly, usually Wednesdays.
*Trash day is Tuesday. Our maintenance person comes and takes the trash to the road. Trash is left out front or on the side yard.
*No electric car charging.
