Great location, building was a little older and the walls/ floors were thin so things were a bit loud. Communication with the host was great- very accommodating and friendly. Recommend for sure
The building and unit itself were quite nice for what we needed for our short trip. It was great being right in the middle of a colourful but quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of food and shopping options available within easy walking distance. This location would be great for a longer stay.We strongly recommend following the hotel's parking guide as street parking is almost non-existent. We lucked out finding a parking spot a few streets over, but it was an inconvenience unloading our luggage there and walking with it to the hotel as we had quite a bit and there's no designated luggage unloading area by the hotel.I'm not sure if it was just in our unit or throughout the entire building, but the internet kept blanking out on us, both on my Windows laptop and Android phone and my girlfriend's Apple laptop and iPhone. We were in town for a business trip and needed to go to a nearby café to use their wifi to send large file items to our clients as the internet in the hotel kept going down during the file transfer.
Nice apartment in building with elevator. A few minute walk from Jean Talon market (best market in Montreal). Fantastic restaurants, bars, and cafes abound. We noticed there was no bedding for the pullout couch and called at 9:45 pm. The host agency answered and had bedding dropped off within 10 minutes, Highly recommended,

Great location for being in Petite Italie. Many food, dining and transport options. Condo is clean and functional. ...Would rent again. Vendor was responsive. Added microwave when requested. Responded quickly on missing towels and kitchen supplies. The only thing which needs to be seriously changed is the registration and check-in. It was awful. You get emails about doing a registration with something called TRUVI. In the email you get, there is no reference to the VRBO reservation. This forces you to go through an online process outside of VRBO, And then mandates other fees which are not disclosed on VRBO or threatens to eliminate your reservation or ability to check in Even after completing this you get constant reminders about doing it again. The vendor then makes an excuse that says we are changing systems to ignore them. How can you ignore the threats? I was told I would be in a specific condo got check in instructions multiple times showed up at the condo and it was occupied and then had to call the vendor and wait for a responses that night. This was eventually fixed but definitely not a good experience. I repeat at the end of the day the condo is clean and functional, and well located and I would rent it again and have already recommended it to others, but I do object strongly to the nondisclosed mandatory fees and the incredibly difficult registration and check in. Please fix this and u get 5 stars.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience here. The soundproofing between the floors of the building is very poor. There was loud knocking and thudding noise from the floor above us at 5am that went on for nearly an hour. We had also asked for a sofa bed but it was impossible to open up the bed, so my 6’2” son had to sleep on the couch. This is despite paying a very high rate for the room. There is also a strange and not well-locking small door to a roof area that is unfinished and not clean (butts). Finally the Little Italy street fest was on the same weekend we stayed, right outside the building, with loud music until after midnight. Recommend checking any activities in the area before booking as the building is on a very busy block of st Laurent. On the good side, this also means there is great coffee and food around, and the company was responsive to questions and check-in was easy. The furnishings were fresh and clean. Overall however we were shocked that this is the value one can expect for the price.
Lovely place for a solo guest, in the heart of the city. Excellent internet, clean ,timely towel and cleanliness amenity refills and very effective and pleasant communication with host. Would definitely return
