We came to Raleigh to visit my son who lives in Wendell. This location was perfect all around. We could get anywhere quickly. The property was really nice and had everything we needed. Extremely clean, inviting, private and quiet. My grandsons loved the creek and the trails behind the house and the Neuse River Trail access was 3 minutes away. Great property!

We were in Raleigh for a long weekend. You can tell that the house is an older home, but it was renovated and designed very nicely and we all felt comfortable. We have two young children and they enjoyed being able to run around in the yard and explore the woods with us.

Excellent!! There is not enough space here to speak on how wonderful this place was. When I tell you it's relaxing it is relaxing. I felt so at peace here. My daughter happens to live in the sub division across the street and that's why I choice it. They came over with my grand and we all feel asleep after eating. Lol. Gretchen is the best host in the world. Her home is filled with top quality things that lets me know she is not just a host but cares about her guest.this is my go to place Everytime I'm there. Her mom was wonderful also. If there is a top host award Gretchen needs to win it. I can go on and on but there is just not enough space here. Thank you Gretchen and see ya soon.
