We checked in Saturday May 23rd and checked out Monday May 25th. Not please with our stay. I was constantly notifying host and vrbo of issues, sending pictures and writing responses. The house had not been swept, the king bed downstairs was broken (headboard not attached, bowed in the middle, bracing broken underneath), the hot tub was on reset mode and not up to temperature (we were able to use it on Sunday evening once it got up to a comfortable level), comforter on one of the beds upstairs was visibly dirty, pieces of trash was on the floor throughout the house (candy wrapper, clothing tags, earring stuck in the carpet upstairs, glitter on the furniture), stained/dirty bathroom mat upstairs, stained decorative pillow on bed downstairs. We communicated frequently with the host and vrbo. No resolution was made during our stay. The host did send a cleaner out on Sunday. They brought us a new comforter but did not sweep the floors. I supplied pictures to both host and vrbo. Also, I did not like receiving a message from the host after we checked out saying if I left him a 5 star review he would leave me a 5 star review. Reviews should be honest and not bought. That’s not fair to paying customers. Seriously inappropriate and concerning, now you can’t trust reviews from other guest.
