Property was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We were in town fishing the Military Appreciation Day event. Staying here was very convenient to the Morehead waterfront.

Separate apartment as part of a newly remodeled and duplex. In a non-tourist neighborhood but the price was right and close enough to the bridge to the beach and restaurants in Morehead City. One bedroom with 2 full size beds. Kitchenette (only a portable 2 burner hotplate). Owner was responsive. Goodvalue for apartment...vs room rental.

Mattresses were too small for bed, windows were all unlocked. Rug was thick with grime. Advertised there was a grill and it was a rusty 14inch charcoal grill. This was a bare bones sleep and shower dwelling. Cheap bust disappointing.

Can you help me understand your review, there is a full size propane powered grill along with the additional charcoal grill in the back yard. I’m not sure what you mean by the mattresses are too small. They are the sizes of the bed frames. We vacuum the rug after each guest and shampooed the rug before the summer. There are only 2 small windows in the front and it’s not something that we check to see if it been unlocked after each guest so I’m not sure why this was a big deal, just lock them back. I’m just not sure what you mean by bare bones, we provide coffee, creamer, shampoo and body wash. None of these things are required and are extras we include to enhance the experience. We really do strive for a positive experience and would have hoped if there was something we could have done better that you could have communicated with us.

Morehead City

This VRBO stay was a wonderful space! It has a spacious living space for family, and a huge bedroom with 2 beds and ample storage space for personal belongings! The bathroom is beautiful with 2 sinks and a huge walk in shower. It was equipped with high quality soaps for our stay as well. 10/10 would recommend! Especially if youre looking for something clean. This place is awesome!

Property was immaculate. Owner was quick to respond to everything and extremely accommodating. Gold out couch is not comfortable at all but is fine for one person while not opened. Extremely satisfied.

Good for the price

The place is clean and affordable. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. The beds were thin. You cannot control the air-conditioning. You have to message the property owner and ask them to turn the thermostat down. The back deck is very enjoyable with the cool breeze flowing through the screened in porch. It was nice to have a Keurig with coffee, pods and creamer in the fridge. it was nice to be just a couple of miles from the beach.
