Never got access instructions despite repeated attempts to contact him. Had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. I would recommend all future travelers avoid this one!

Vrbo didn't show up your contact number as well. We have guests checking in through Vrbo and many other such portals but never had issues. I see your refund has been successfully processed. I hope you give us another chance & we would love to host you.

A few things to note: First, it was not clearly communicated how to find the gate to enter the property and the back gate remained open so the property was not secured as advertised. Secondly, the apartment in the listing was not the one we were given and we didn't know that until arrival. Third, there was no hot water and we left the property before end of our trip because this was not resolved. The host did a poor job communicating with us about the problem and the resolution was estimated to happen at end of our stay. The apartment was clean and it is located in a great spot to walk to shopping and restaurants.
