Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all trash and any open or perishable food items. dishes need to be washed and placed back in cabinets. Strip linens from beds. Dirty towels placed in the laundry room.
Place one key back in the lock box on the door and leave the other on the bar. Please check the house for any items you may have missed in packing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

House was a complete gem.. Very clean and everything you need at you finger tips.. It was a perfect location.. Just minutes walking distance to downtown and the many restaurants available. If walking not your thing, there are golf cart rentals near by and reasonably priced.. Will definitely be staying there again..

Love this property. Our second time to stay here. Very comfortable interior and the outside space is wonderful to have. Such a great fenced yard to enjoy the coast weather. Would be nice to have some outside furniture. Location to downtown is a 3-5 minute walk.

Perfect place for walking to the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Easy access to the Depot District, the coastal highway and close to the beach. Very Quiet. Loved it!!

Great weekend getaway

Great place convenient to everything in bay St Louis and just a short drive to pass Christian. I liked that it was away from downtown and the water a bit so it was quieter at night.

Great Location

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. The decorations are amazing. The location is perfect. The only suggestion is maybe a small tv I. The second bedroom.

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY

Best air B&B we’ve ever stayed. Comfortable, clean, well stocked, awesome location. Very walkable town with lots of fun things to do. We took a day trip to Biloxi casinos and another day trip to New Orleans both close enough for an easy trip. Host responded quickly to any issues we had. We would definitely recommend this vacation home and would stay again any time we’re in the area.

Wonderful!

This was the perfect rental! Location is great, on a corner lot close to all the restaurants and shops. Easy walk to everything. The house itself was very clean, I have never been in a rental as clean as this. Property manager responded instantly to messages. HIGHLY recommend!
