Beach Access: Just a short drive from Walk on Water! Head east on Colington Road and cross the Bypass (Highway-158) onto Ocean Bay Boulevard. Head to the traffic light and cross NC-12 (the Beach Road) until you reach the parking lot for the Ocean Bay Boulevard Street Beach Access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a bath house, outdoor showers, bike racks and a lifeguard (in-season only).

Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
