On Lake Charlevoix with Panoramic Views!

A perfect private getaway, sleeps 5 adults comfortably plus sofa bed, great for a family or 2 couples with kids. Our home has panoramic views from a large deck overlooking Lake Charlevoix and a charming covered porch with lots of comfortable seating. The large rooftop deck is just steps out the front door, with plenty of seating, and a tiki bar and palm tree! The view from the house, porch, and deck are unbelievable! You can tie your boat to the mooring ball at the end of the dock or bring or rent kayaks to explore the lake. There are nearby boat rentals with paddleboards, kayaks, jet skis, pontoon and ski boats. It is a five minute drive or bike ride to downtown Boyne City, a premier Main Street Community, where you can enjoy the many small town festivities, concerts, farmers market, restaurants, or Stroll the Streets on Friday nights. Drive 6 miles to Boyne Mountain resort and spa, with world class golf, water park, and skiing, or just 45 minutes to catch the ferry to Mackinaw Island for the day, or check out the historic and quaint Ironton Ferry, just 7 miles down the lake and a shortcut to the beautiful town of Charlevoix! This family cottage is complete with all the comforts and conveniences you will need, a well-stocked kitchen with everything required for cooking and dining as well as a gas grill and patio tables for barbecuing. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other has a queen bed and a twin bed with a private half bath. There is a full bath between the 2 bedrooms with a large walk-in shower and lots of vanity space and storage. The living room has plenty of seating with amazing views of the lake, the dining table seats 6, and there is a sun/family room with an extra table and seating area, and a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen, dining room and sun room also have unbelievable views of Lake Charlevoix. There is a washer and drier and we provide plenty of linens and towels, and paper products to start you out. If you rent for ski season, keep your car warm and dry in our attached 2 car garage, with lots of room for skis, boots, and equipment. We are only 15 minutes from Boyne Mountain, and minutes away from several cross country ski trails. All you need are your clothes and food for a week of relaxation and fun, or a season of skiing!
