What a fabulous stay! Not only the the cabin comfortable and surprisingly roomy, but the grounds and neighborhood are great! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware etc. and the shower head was magical!Outdoors there was plenty of space to spread out on the deck and around the fire pit. The pond was small but clean and cool with some interesting paddling and wild life watching.Proximity to North Conway, the Kanq and other places to play made this a super location to homebase for adventures!

Stay was nice short walk to the beach. Everyone around camp area was super friendly. House has all the amenities needed. Was a great time..

This cottage was very quaint and rustic. The pond community was very welcoming. The rental was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was extremely communicative and answered back with any questions we had very quickly. The pond with canoe was great for fishing and swimming and just a short walk. The fire pit was well set up with kindling and wood and plenty of seats. Be aware the neighborhood is on dirt roads, we had heavy rain which washed them out a bit, BUT someone with road equipment came by the next morning and smoothed things back out.
