David was very respond to my inquiries, and the woman who periodically came to maintain the place was very kind and helpful.The neighborhood is absolutely terrific and the place is quiet.This third floor permit is quite basic, nothing fancy in terms of accommodations, fixtures, kitchen, equipment, etc. Would absolutely recommend if you’re in the area.

Great spot, great location. Full kitchen, bathroom, and both bedrooms were large. We were there for a week, but it would definitely work well for longer visits as well. Thank you David!
