The Space:

Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath South Lake Tahoe condo combines the comfort of a private vacation home with the convenience of resort-style amenities. With six beds and sleeping space for up to eight guests, the home is well suited for families, ski trips, couples traveling together, and small groups looking for a central Tahoe location. The property is located directly across from Heavenly Village and approximately a 2-minute walk from the Heavenly Gondola, making it easy to enjoy skiing, restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the lake without spending your vacation driving.



The main living area features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, tall wood-beam ceilings, a Smart TV, and plenty of space to relax after a day on the mountain or around Lake Tahoe. Additional Smart TVs throughout the condo provide entertainment for different groups and bedrooms.



The private balcony offers a place to enjoy the mountain atmosphere and views toward the Heavenly Gondola. A direct-gas BBQ is also available, making it easy to grill and enjoy meals at the condo.



The fully equipped kitchen includes the cookware, dinnerware, utensils, appliances, and essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. Both a K-Cup coffee maker and traditional filter coffee maker are provided, along with family-friendly kids' dishes.

The Neighborhood:

The Zalanta is a luxury condominium directly across the street from the Heavenly Gondola. Walk to skiing, restaurants, shows, theater, Lake Tahoe, the beach, boat rentals, Harrah's Lake Tahoe, Hard Rock Tahoe, Harvey's Lake Tahoe, trails at Van Sickle bi-state park, and more. The Zalanta also has 2 hot tubs, a year-round outdoor heated pool, fitness center, fire pits, and a ton of fun to be had. We love this spot because between the Zalanta, Heavenly, and Lake Tahoe you have everything you need for an amazing time, without needing to get into a vehicle if you don't want to. It's a fun area with a lot going on.



Getting Around:

Zalanta offers a prime location in South Lake Tahoe where a vehicle is unnecessary. You are within walking distance of the Heavenly Village gondola, casinos, the lake, and various dining and spa options. Reno Tahoe International Airport is about ninety minutes away. We provide free parking for two vehicles, and local public transit is available for exploring the area.
