This is a privately owned, condo on Indian Point just minutes from Silver Dollar City. It is a corner unit located in the Branson Yacht Club/Rock Lane Resort.

• 2 Bedroom 2 bath, full kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, and washer and dryer in unit.
• Master Bedroom includes a king bed and 2nd bedroom has two Queen beds.
• Kitchen includes stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator.

There is a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake from the balcony. Full service marina offers boat rentals, paddle boards, fishing supplies, boating supplies and refreshments.

Rock Lane Resort is a quiet and cozy resort with plenty to do. It offers two pools, two restaurants (hours vary according to season), and numerous sports and activities.

Table Rock Lake is clear blue water good for swimming, skiing, fishing, and boating. Condo is located on the lake but close to town. Only 10 minutes from HWY 76, downtown Branson. Only two miles from Silver Dollar City. 20 minutes from the Branson Landing with numerous restaurant and shops located on Taneycomo.

Great clean place Great View!

loved this place, it was great! my only negative thing was Parking, getting Parking spot was next to impossible if you come back after 6pm. but other than that this place was amazing. and great location for everything on Indian Point.

Family Lake Trip

We love to stay at Rock Lane. This has been a destination for our family for 40 years! The resort has many accommodations. The new Tiki Bar with live music is fun. We love the ability to park our boat in a slip at the marina and walk up to the condo. A few years ago we found this VRBO. It is just the right size for our family. We will be back.

Great Experiences - Repeat visitor

We always enjoy staying here. Layout is perfect for our family of 6. It’s always an easy check in process and the cleanliness is top notch. We enjoy the pools, restaurant, tiki bar, marina, and dock area to swim when we aren’t boating. Close proximity to grocery store for things we run out of. Walmart can deliver groceries here with ease.

Couples Getaway

This was a weekend getaway for two couples. However, it would also be great for a family with kids too. The condo was super clean with an easy check-in/check-out process. The location is perfect if you want access to the lake with some nightlife as well. Everything is right there with no need to leave the resort. If you do, the strip is minutes away and SDC is literally down the road a mile.

Great place. Clean. Fabulous view overlooking the lake and just minutes from Silver Dollar City. Everything was as advertised. Property manager let us know about an hour ahead of scheduled check in that the unit was ready. Seemed very responsive if anything was needed

Always a great stay

We absolutely love the location and everything about this condo - it works perfectly for our family of 6 (3 teenagers and a youngin’). The two queen beds in the second bedroom are perfect for the kids and the couch even pulls out if needed. Clean open kitchen, plenty of space, great views from the kitchen/dining/living room as well as the master bedroom. Great location with quick access to the marina (and a secondary one down the road), Silver Dollar City, and hwy 76. Anything you could need in the kitchen they have as well as starter paper towels and TP. Highly recommended from a Realtor (me)!

The condo worked great for our family. With 3 teenagers it was nice that everyone had a bed. It is nicely decorated. The view of the lake is so pretty. It is close to the marina and pools; and the tiki bar... fun place to hang out. The resort is also close to Silver Dollar City. An extra chair or 2 in the living room would be nice and a couple bars of soap for the bathrooms. I read the check in details and the reviews so purchased soap and extra toilet paper on the 1st trip to Walmart. Owners were responsive and good to work with. We would stay here again... maybe next summer.

Hell from above!

Nothing the property manager could have done about this…The unit was clean and we had everything we needed. It’s a great location if you’re wanting to go to Silver Dollar City, but….This unit has a unit above it and the building apparently has NO means of sound suppression between floors and we had a whole family of hyper active, heel walking bipeds above us….Like someone was beating a rubber mallet on the floor above literally every waking moment. I’ve got to be honest…it was miserable!

Weekend for SDC Pumpkin Festival..will definitely be a repeat customer

We absolutely loved the location. The two queen beds in the second bedroom is a BIG bonus...I have 2 teenage boys that do NOT enjoy sharing beds!!! And BONUS...all the beds were SOOOO comfortable! And the couch even pulls out if needed. It could use another loveseat or recliner in the living room. Clean open kitchen, plenty of space, great views from the kitchen/dining/living room as well as the master bedroom. SUPER Great location with quick access to the marina, Silver Dollar City, and hwy 76. Anything you could need in the kitchen they have as well as starter paper towels and TP. There were no Kleenex/Tissues, so don't forget those if you use them! Super easy check-in/out process! Super quick responses from the owners! Highly recommend ! We'll definitely be back!

Great location, nice condo, beautiful view

Condo location is nearly perfect, close to everything with a beautiful view, dock and marina and a restaurant and bar on-site. It is a middle condo, but not much noise from above or below. Can hear the bands/music from the deck, but not really from inside which is nice. The condo has plenty of room and comfortable beds and furniture, kitchen is stocked with anything we needed for our stay, though we didn't really cook. There were only a couple things keeping it from perfect. The door to the deck was sticking pretty bad, and there are a couple of loose tiles in the kitchen. A couple of light bulbs were burnt-out and we had the wrong wifi info originally. All pretty minor issues and nothing that would keep us from staying here again. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great Lake stay!

Such a nice place, very clean with a great view on a great property. My wife and two teenaged children pulled our boat down from Central Illinois after spending years on LOTO for vacation. We GREATLY enjoyed the change of being at this lake and in this unit.

Wonderful time at our favorite lake... we will stay here again

We return to Table Rock each year for a family boating vacation. The condo was great, with a nice covered porch view of the lake. We were able to see the Chateau firework show from the porch. The resort has restaurants and an outdoor tiki bar, with Silver Dollar City just a 4-minute drive away. We booked late over the 4th of July weekend and could not get a slip at the marina for our boat. If you are bringing your boat, I recommend checking the marinas on Indian Point to see if any slips are available. It is an excellent place; the owner was very responsive and provided us with information on the area. We will book here again.

Awesome Place!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The condo had everything we needed and the location was very convenient to the marina and everything that the lake offers. We were here for a week and plan on coming back again. The only suggestion I would make is to add another chair or something else to sit on in the living room. That would make it comfortable for more people. Thanks for a great place to stay on Table Rock!

Nice Condo great view.

The condo was great. It had an awesome view. The wifi never did work properly but that seemed to be an issue with the resort itself. The only disappointment was the fact that we had to buy toilet paper because one one roll was provided in each bathroom. For the price you’d assume that tp would be provided.

Wonderful

The property was exactly as advertised! It was clean and had plenty of room for our two kiddos to play around in. When I failed to read the proper email the property owner answered my phone call immediately and helped us get in. I would 100% recommend!
