Overall the property was a clean place to sleep with a view. First I'll say this place seemed newly remodeled and might need a little more attention. It was pretty, but not comfortable other than to sleep. - It was lacking basic cooking supplies (measuring cups, spoons, etc) and enough utensils for the amount of guests it accommodates (i.e. 2 steak knives)- The cabinets/drawers have no pulls making them near impossible to open. To get into the drawer we had to use a pocket knife to open it. - There was a single couch for 3 ppl, but we were using it as a bed so unless you sat on a dining chair (which was uncomfortable) there was no where else to sit and relax at the end up the night inside. I will mention we normally would sit outside but we visited during a heat wave and it was hot and humid. - The dining table didn't seem sturdy and if a heavier person were to sit in or at the table in the chairs I'd be a bit concerned. Not to mention it still had all the stickers. Not an issue just tacky.- Lastly, the shower door was on backwards or the gasket wasn't right. Everytime we took a shower water poured everywhere.As mentioned it was a good clean place to stay, but for using to cook or relax not great.

We appreciate you pointing out the missing cooking supplies and utensils, difficult-to-open cabinets and drawers, limited indoor seating, dining furniture, and shower door. These are all helpful details, and we’ll share them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can be reviewed and addressed. We’re especially sorry about the shower door causing water to spill onto the floor. That’s certainly something we want to correct. We also understand your comments about the overall comfort and functionality of the space, particularly during the heat wave when enjoying the outdoor area wasn’t practical. Thank you again for helping us identify areas that need more attention. We appreciate your honest feedback and hope we have the opportunity to provide a more comfortable experience in the future.

This was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The unit was spacious with a nice view, nearby parking and a comfy king bed. The kitchen is stocked with most of the basics and we were able to get by just fine without a few things it didn’t have. It is a bit of a walk to the marina but manageable, and not a huge deal for us because we usually were driving our truck down to access our boat anyhow. The boat slip rentals and tiki bar were definitely nice to have access to. We also enjoyed the ground floor location and that the building seemed pretty quiet. This property is conveniently located, close enough to Branson attractions and a Walmart in Branson West, and in a great spot on the lake. We traveled as a family of four with two kids 10 and under. We’ve been coming to Indian Point regularly for over a decade. This was a great fit for our needs, was a good value, and we would definitely return.
