Welcome to the most luxurious Penthouse in Cabo San Lucas. The Kings View Penthouse featuring 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms is located in building #5 at the Hacienda Beach Club and Residences which is the most sought after building in the Resort. With no neighbours it is the most private residence at the new exclusive Hacienda Beach Club located on El Medano beach in downtown Cabo San Lucas. This truly beautiful retreat is the only penthouse on the 6th floor. The exquisite views, sunsets and sunrises will inspire you. Once inside The Kings View , you will enjoy 4,000 square feet of luxurious furnishings including four ocean front bedrooms. Relax in the additional 1,200 square feet of private terraces. Enjoy the stunning 360 degree view of the beach, marina and all of Cabo San Lucas.

Our rate includes daily maid service and our staff can provide everything from your private transportation needs , pre stocking services , welcome meet and greet packages , private chefs and much more and Hacienda has a 24 hour concierge services as well.

Great stay at Hacienda

We had a great time. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Gorgeous views from the large terrace. Enjoyed massages in our rooms. Great pool area and service. Can’t wait to return.

Perfect location, views and accommodations in Cabo!

Our group had a fabulous time. The views are spectacular the rooms are well designed and equipped. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend both Hacienda in general and this particular villa. We would happily return.

Beautiful property.

We had a wonderful visit at The King's View. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect (close to the pool, beach access, walking distance to the marina...). Everyone was very helpful on-site and throughout the booking process. We look forward to returning!

Perfect getaway

This was ideal in so many ways. The penthouse is spacious, with fantastic views and outdoor gathering areas. The service was responsive and helpful. The place had everything you could want. The location is among the best in Cabo and the resort is too.

Beautiful place, wonderful Location!

This place was even more beautiful and wonderful than expected. Property was five star all the way! The kitchen was completely well equipped complete with fabulous appliances and beautiful dishes. The linens were beautifully embroidered. The art on the walls was breathtaking! The staff was beyond helpful. The location was perfect. I could go on and on… This was the trip of a lifetime for my college age kids, my mom, and me. We will treasure our memories of this trip forever, and hopefully repeat again soon!

Awesome Top Floor Unit

This top floor unit is fantastic! The main patio overlooks the beach which we used a lot. The unit was very private while also being connected with the resort. We ate several meals at the resort restaurants as well as used the other amenities. Staff was very professional and courteous. We picked this place over renting a house because it was centrally located so everything was walking distance. We would rent this place again for sure. Thanks guys for making our trip so memorable.

Fit For Royalty

We have stayed at the Hacienda Beach Resort several times and I have to say that this residence is AMAZING!!It was extremely clean, organized and had everything we needed for our stay. Clint and Julie were very communicative and easy to work with. Julie met us upon our arrival to give us a tour and let us know how everything worked. She was easy to reach and answered any questions we had during our stay. The kitchen had everything we could have needed for our stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The views from all the rooms were incredible!! We spent a lot of time on the large balcony enjoying the view and the great weather. Julie and Clint connected me with a private chef that I hired to make us Christmas dinner. His food and service were exceptional! He and his staff were very professional and cleaned up the kitchen and dinning area so well that it seemed like they were never there. We were sad to leave and are already planning our next stay at the residence.

We chose our Hacienda penthouse to replace our condo in Maui that we had owned for about 30 years. We always thought we had the best condo in the world there! NOW we think we have the best penthouse anywhere!

The nicest and most private penthouse condo in Cabo- come see for yourself. From the front terrace, you have a 250 degree view of the Medano beach, a picture view of the Pacific and an ongoing parade of fishing boats from the Marina -all from a 6 story vista- 'it doesn't get no better than this'.
