Cozy Home In Quiet Golf Community with Heated Pool for an extra fee

Relax in this newly furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the prestigious Augusta Ranch Golf Resort. The course is rated the number one executive course in the Phoenix area.

Relax in the living room on the reclining sofa and love seat while watching the big screen TV. The electric fireplace adds great ambiance. Next to the living room is a cozy reading/visiting room with a futon that can sleep two.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and has a comfortable bar area which allows for great conversation during meal preparation. There is a large pantry near the kitchen and an extra refrigerator in the garage.

With the beautiful Arizona evenings, you may want to venture outside to the patio to enjoy the sunset while you barbecue. The patio has a retractable awning to shade the hot afternoon sun. You may want to take a dip in the heated pool (extra fee) while preparing dinner or practice your golf on the putting green.

When you are finally ready to head indoors, the large master suite features a king bed with a walk-in closet and the master bath has a a newly tiled shower. The two additional bedrooms have a queen bed and a queen murphy bed. There is a guest bath with a tub and shower and a fully equipped laundry room, along with all the linens you will need for your stay.

When you are ready to venture out, there are two beach cruisers for your use in the garage. Everything you could need is within biking distance. There are several grocery stores, spas, golf courses, parks, fitness center, restaurants & coffee shops within biking/walking distance.

The Phoenix area has every activity imaginable including great golf courses, a zoo, museums, botanical gardens, art galleries, theaters, hiking trails, biking trails, shopping & fine restaurants. If you are a sports fan Phoenix is home to many spring training baseball teams including their own Arizona Diamondbacks. You could also take in professional football - Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns basketball or Phoenix Coyotes NHL hockey. Several PGA and LPGA events are also held in the Phoenix area.

This home was beautiful and had a lot of extras! Lots of extra pillows, towels, paper plates, ziplock bags, and we could use any of the staples in the kitchen. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it! We loved having the BBQ, outside seating, and floaties for the pool. Terrific hosts!

We had a fantastic time staying at this home. It was well stocked, very clean, and extremely comfortable. While we needed absolutely nothing while we were there, the host was very responsive throughout the process leading up to our stay. Can’t wait to go back!
Night swims were a must in the heated pool.
Putting green was a hit with the kids
Cute downtown Mesa area where we had some great street tacos and got some Outcast doughnuts to take home for breakfast.
We took family hikes on some of the nearby recommended trails.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house, extremely clean, modern, and all updated appliances. Between the extremely comfy beds and the relaxing pool it was a great vacation. Perfect house and location

Clean, beautiful and very accommodating home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for a family vacation including a 4 year old and 18 month old. Great place to relax

This was our second time staying. The backyard with the pool was amazing on the 100 degree days of our stay. We enjoyed the outside area so much we barely even turned on the TV. If you’re looking for a place to relax and connect this is it. On top of how great the outside is, the house itself was clean and spacious. We had the best stay! I highly recommend booking. I am sure we will be back for a third stay in the future.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the Arizona climate while visiting our daughters in Mesa. We love to golf and with this home being only minutes from the airport it was the perfect location. We love being outdoors and look forward to spending many relaxing times with our family and friends in the years to come!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the backyard. It is very private and has a heated swimming pool and putting green. There is a waterfall surrounded by greenery which makes for a very relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoy being able to ride our bicycles to the conveniently located shops and restaurants. Most importantly we can get from the airport to our home in 10 minutes!!!
