Relax after a day in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in your own private theater room with 9' Theater Screen and reclining theater seating. Or how about spending 20 minutes in your own private Sauna? Summit Sanctuary features 2 suites with Jacuzzi tubs and a rain shower as well as third bedroom with Queen over Queen bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 adults. This 3 Bedroom 3 Bath cabin also features a pool table, game table, outdoor hot tub on one of the 3 decks and a Stainless Steel Gas Grill.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Nice but there were a few issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in was easy, upon entering the cabin it appeared clean but definitely needed some dusting and window cleaning. We all got together for Superbowl weekend and right in the middle of the game the roof started leaking water right in the middle of the kitchen and the fireplace stopped working, this was Sunday we checked in two days prior on Friday. The response was quick and the fireplace was fixed but the roof had to be seen by a contractor. There was also a cabin nearby being worked on and it was kinda loud. Towards the end of the trip I was sent a text message with a deal for another night so I reached out to customer service because although the response to our issues was prompt I still feel like something should have been done about the inconvenience. I never heard back from anyone, which I am very disappointed about because I am a return customer and I also brought future customers with me on this trip.

Wonderful Stay

The cabin was clean and there was plenty to do within to keep the kids entertained and allow the adults to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with tools we needed to feed ourselves during our stay. I was so impressed with Elk Springs communication and responsiveness about check in/out, and the ease of being able to text with questions about the property and have a prompt response. They went out of their way to make sure we had a nice time. My only regret is no booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back.

Check in and out process was quick and smooth. If you're looking for privacy this is in a complex with many other cabins but we knew this ahead of time because it's well advertised and it didn't bother us. Will definitely consider a return trip with Elk Springs!

Elk Springs resort is very nice and in a great location near town but not too close and the surrounding cabins are nice as well, overall, a nice little community of rentals. We are definitely planning to stay again. This time we may go bigger and not leave the cabin at all! Elk Springs were great about keeping us informed about weather conditions and the cabin was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great mountain getaway! !

The proximity to shops, parks and attractions was excellent while still giving us the quite privacy of a mountain retreat. The amenities were second to none. We truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The stag was attentive and quick to respond when we had a minor issue and you can really tell that they are there to make sure you have an excellent experience. We will be back in the future.
