New listing 2025 It’s located on the 2nd floor (requires 1 flight of stairs) of Richmond Park in Kingston Resort. The Villa is recently renovated with new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring, new Washer / Dryer. It has a beautiful living/dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. A large private balcony is available for outside entertaining or lounging with a full view of the lake in the foreground of the Atlantic Ocean just through the trees. It features free parking and free high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes) Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Richmond Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and winding sidewalks with a 5-minute walk to the beach.

The unit was clean and comfortable. We received all information to check in a couple of days prior and had no issues at all. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We also took advantage of free use of Mega Fitness nearby, less than 5 minute drive. There's a good little pizza place and ice cream shop right outside the resort which was tasty. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances, including ice. The washer and dryer was nice since there are no beach towels provided, so we had to wash and reuse the ones we brought. Comfortable primary bedroom with private bathroom. The second bedroom bed is a little low, but still okay and also has a bathroom. This bathroom would also be a guest bathroom, but private as you can shut the door to the bedroom for privacy and enter through the main hallway. The balcony is small and only has a table and two chairs. Note this is a second story unit, so make sure you can navigate stairs. There are no beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc available for use, so be sure to bring your own or rent chairs at the beach. Enjoy!

Chic 2nd story condo

This chic condo is a second story unit. The master bedroom is large with a comfortable king size mattress and two night stands. Large TV and good internet. Master bathroom has been updated with double bowl vanity sinks with solid surface counter tops. Standard tub/shower combo. Large closet was a plus. Second bedroom was good size but the bed was very low and firm. Fine for kids/teenagers. Smaller tv in this bedroom with smaller closet. Overall comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit is very helpful and easy to use. Kitchen appliances are new and nice. Overall kitchen was nice with solid surface countertops but household stock was minimal. Kitchen had plenty of glasses, bowls, & plates. AC worked great as it was very hot outside during our stay but the AC kept things nice and cool inside. Dining and living areas were nice with large table to seat six. Cleanliness was fine. This location is fine but it is not near beach and pool areas. It is located closer to the fitness center and pickleball courts. The area was very quiet at night with no problems parking plus it was well lit. Overall we would recommend this unit.

Our villa is centrally located close to the beach that we enjoy walking on, beautiful pools we love spending time in, and the priceless views with both the Atlantic Ocean and the lake from our condo.
